Refunds – Product Purchases

  • GameIN does not provide a direct warranty, all of our products come with a warranty from the manufacturers.
  • If any of the parts from the devices (adapter, battery, controllers, hard drive, power cables, etc.) or gaming consoles are missing or suffer any physical damage non-related to their normal use of them, it will be chargeable to the client according to the market prices.
  • GameIN will not set up the devices for a specific task if this cost is not included in the current quote.

Refund – Custom Development

  • Should the need for purchasing any pictures, themes, or 3rd party software components occur (mutually agreed), all license or other charges/fees will be paid by the Client
  • Warranty period is 30 days after the completion of the project, It means that the software supplier will fix all bugs that may occur during the regular use of the app/game.
  • All content that is delivered by GameIN remains in the client’s ownership. This content may not be shared or distributed by GameIN. The project may only be used as portfolio references on the GameIN website.
