Please refer to the relevant section of this quote.

For events:

-Payment terms:

-50% upfront, immediately after Order Confirmation

-50% upon completion and delivery.

-If any of the parts from the devices (adapter, battery, controllers, hard drive, power cables, etc.) or gaming consoles are missing or suffer any physical damage non-related to the normal use of them, it will be chargeable to the client according to the market prices.

-Once the PO/LPO is received by GameIN the devices will be booked for the requested dates.

-If the client cancels the booking 7 days before the event, the cancellation fee will not be applied.

-If the client cancels the booking 7 days before the event GameIN will charge 25% of the TOTAL DUE as a cancellation fee.

-The payment terms specified in this quote are not changeable in any case and should be respected by the client.

-If operators are not included in this quote GameIN will no be responsible for any technical problems at the event. We always set up and test our devices at the venue before an event to guarantee their correct functioning.

-If technical visits are needed when operators are not at the venue, GameIN will charge AED 1,000 per visit and need to be arranged with a 1-day notice.

– These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Dubai International Financial Center (“DIFC”), and the parties agree to give exclusive jurisdiction to the DIFC courts to settle any dispute between them.

For custom development:

-Payment terms:

-50% upfront, immediately after Order Confirmation

-50% upon completion and delivery.

-Given price and the time estimation are valid only if there are no additional change requests. For all CR´s (new functionalities, requirements, design adjustments, etc.)

-GameIN is not accountable for possible late releases which we have no control of. It implies that if for some reason Apple or Google extends the duration of the publishing process GameIN will not be accountable for it, but it will help in finding a work-around solution.

-Revision of designs, animations, and functionalities that needs your opinion for approval must be decided as fast as possible in order to ensure the workflow tempo.

-Should the need for purchasing any pictures, themes, or 3rd party software components occur (mutually agreed), all license or other charges/fees will be paid by the Client

-Warranty period is 30 days after the completion of the project, It means that the software supplier will fix all bugs that may occur during the regular use of the app/game.

– All content that is delivered by GameIN remains in the client’s ownership. This content may not be shared or distributed by GameIN. The project may only be used as portfolio references on the GameIN website.

For Product purchase:

-Payment terms:

100% in advance.

-GameIN does not provide a direct warranty, all of our products come with a warranty from the manufacturers.

-GameIN will not set up the devices for a specific task if this cost is not included in the current quote.

Please note: Bank charges must be paid by the customer for both local and international transactions and this applies to all kinds of business (Events, Custom Development, Product Purchases). If the bank charges are not paid the invoice will be considered unsettled and will be subject to relevant laws.
